3. Pure cotton or silk fabrics are good for pregnant women. Besides, lingerie must choose the cotton knitwear to prevent skin allergy or poor milk secretion. A study of Japan shows that over 80% nursing mothers who lack of milk have a few chemical fiber or wool in their breast milk. Therefore, it concludes that the chemical fiber lingerie is one of the reasons of poor milk secretion. Hence, women try not to wear chemical fibre garments, such as polyester, acrylic fibre, wool , etc.
4. Pregnant women avoid wearing the tight, thin or small clothes. On the contrary, they need to wear soft, light, loose, comfortable and breathable clothes, which are good for both mothers and fetuses.
